TNT Hunting Experience
Our Fort Davis Hunting packages mainly target Aoudad, mule deer and elk. This location is in the heart of the most rugged terrain in Texas. With approximately 10,000 acres the ranch is no easy feat to get around but will take your breath
away with every turn. Due to the nature of the terrain being covers we ask that our hunters physically prepare for their hunt
as well as fill out a short questionnaire so that TNT and its staff can tailor the hunting experience to fit each and every
hunter. Our goal is to maximize your success and we strive to provide each client with a hunting experience that is best
suits their ability. Your safety is our number one success and each of our team members are equipped with satellite devices
that are used in the case of an emergency.
The majority of our hunting will be spot and stalk style hunting. all depending on hunters’ physical condition and ability to shoot accurately. Please practice and be confident in your shooting abilities. At TNT we need you to be confident in
your ability and your maximum shooting range to better provide you with a successful hunt. Being able to shoot longer
ranges dramatically increases our odds (300-500 yards).
Duration of Hunt: Hunters typically arrive at the ranch Wednesday at noon and hunt until Sunday at noon giving us 5
days/ 4 nights. Hunts are conducted 2 hunters with 1 guide.
TNT Outfitters and its team members serve as wildlife conservators for every ranch we partner and operate with , with that
said all harvestable animals are on a limited basis. Preserving our wildlife and producing an animal population that will
continue to flourish is one of our main goals as conservationists. We are only harvesting mature or inferior genetics to
ensure a healthy long term sustainable herd. Afterall if we don’t pass on this tradition to the younger generation then we
have not done our job.
Davis Mountain Lodging
Our accommodations vary depending on both the animal you are targeting as well as your own physical condition. We offer two different lodging options for our hunts. Our main camp is equipped with full power and amenities and is located down low at our base camp.
Our second option is for those looking for a more "back country" hunting experience with limited power and amenities. This is our "back country" cabin location on the top of the mountain. When this option is chosen, we avoid the 4-mile two-hour side by side ride up/down the mountain. Both options are indoor and out of the elements with twin beds. Please bring your own bedding. Sleeping bags, twin sheets, blankets, pillow, towel and anything else additional you may need. Pictured above and below is our "back country" option.

Clients needs and wants are looked at when choosing the appropriate lodging option. However, often times we recommend experiencing both options during the duration of the hunt and playing each options strengths to the hunters advantage. A lot of times the weather makes that decision for us.

Mountain Cuisine
TNT outfitters has selected various cooks that will be brought in depending on personal schedules as well as hunters request. Each cook has a different specialty and background but not a one of them will leave you hungry. A sample menu can be provided on request and we will do our best to meet all food accommodation or needs. Breakfast and dinner are served at camp, lunch is on the go as to allow more time to hunt.
